After the wedding, this woman wanted a dress she could wear again, so we shortened the skirt and used the extra fabric to make a lace neckline with keyhole back for a cute party dress.
This bride wanted to wear her mother’s gown. We kept the vintage feel with the high neckline, but removed the train and traded in the 70s sleeves for a more modern lace cap sleeve. We also changed the retro bust darts to smoother princess seams and added an extra layer of lining to the skirt so she didn’t need a slip (who wears those anymore?).
This bride wanted a strapless corset-back dress, so we removed the illusion neckline and used the extra lace to make a matching veil.
